Maria Micha

Maria Micha has worked as a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist for over two decades and helped individuals living with mental and emotional challenges overcome their limitations and redefine/reconstruct their lives. Her clients often refer to her as a “life transformer”. A significant number of her clients have occupied managerial and executive positions in multinational and regional organizations in Asia suffering from immense anxiety due to unresolved professional issues. Maria is committed to helping individuals and organizations transform thought patterns, dysfunctional communication, overcome individual/team limitations, and achieve outstanding results; whilst embracing change and increasing creativity.

HOW I’VE HELPED CLIENTS USING THE NCS PROGRAMME:

A global organization that designs the profile of big incorporations were getting demoralized by their Global CEO and the financial difficulties experienced. Three members of their creative team participated in the NCS training and were able to alter the morale and thought patterns of the entire team as they left the training seeing possibilities, feeling inspired; whilst they renounced the old thoughts of limitations and feelings of hopelessness. This one day event was seen as the perfect opportunity to ‘unwire and rewire’ old thinking to new thinking and increase effectiveness in the workplace to manage and lead the rest of the team in a way that enhances creativity and develops professional potential. Working with the unknown and carving new paths required a new thinking paradigm as well as the provision of tools for individuals and teams to navigate themselves daily throughout the work day. The newly taught techniques and tools will encourage and reconstruct their professional effectiveness in a fast paced and perpetually changing global marketplace where managers, executives and creative teams should be equipped with the ability to unceasingly innovate and evolve.
