This is a depression inventory created by Maria Micha, Clinical Mental Health Counselor. It’s not a diagnostic test. It offers an indication to concerned individuals. If you have more than 5 symptoms, it’s advisable to make an appointment with a mental health professional.
Depression can lead to suicidal ideation. Hence, concerned parties need to take appropriate action and receive treatment for depressive disorder. If depressive disorder is left untreated, the affected individual can deteriorate.

Within a few sessions, Maria helped me feel confident and calm. Now I am able to accomplish the things I once thought were out of my reach.
My husband and I were having problems with our marriage and while I was initially hesitant to even consider therapy my husband convinced me to give it a try.
