Cancellations
Please note that should you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date there will be a cancellation fee equal to your original consultancy fee.
This is a universal rule applied in clinical therapy. In order to be effective psychotherapy requires commitment on behalf of the client. I take great care to find a suitable time slot for my clients and if they miss their session, there is a wasted slot that another client could have benefited from. I seek your understanding and cooperation on this.
